There's been a lot of silence here. Let me break the ice though not with so good news. After being off the bottle for like 5 months, yesterday I took 3 bottles of Guinness and I feel horrible. Don't get me wrong. I enjoyed the drink. But I regret breaking my resolve. It started with just one bottle after a difficult day in the office with the board and before I knew it, I was on bottle no 3 then I left. I hope this is not another road down the drain for me.</p>

The next step I think is to avoid situations that put you in the position to do that again.</p>
